i've kinda calculated....

 based on the timings you gave in the introduction post i've figured that 3pm gmt is around the least crazy time where we MIGHT all be able to make it. sobs D:

this however is 7am for acey and 11pm for me so i dont know, but for the rest of you it should be managable?
(sobs time zones why)
